1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your request and arrange your equipment:
- Request form: your name, phone number, area, rental dates (for rentals), the equipment you need, and optionally your email address and notes.
- Calls and WhatsApp messages: the details you share with our team, such as your address for delivery.
- Website usage: pages visited, buttons clicked (for example “WhatsApp us” or “Call”), device and browser type, approximate location and how you found the site. This is collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager using cookies.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and the time of each visit, to keep the website secure and working.
2. Health information
Your notes may mention a patient’s condition so we can suggest suitable equipment. Please share only what is needed. We use it only to help with your request and never for marketing.
3. How the request form works
When you send the request form, it opens WhatsApp with your details already written in a message to our business number. Nothing is sent to us through WhatsApp until you press Send. A copy of the request is also sent to our website server so it is not lost if WhatsApp does not open.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
4. How we use your information
We do not sell your personal information.
- To reply to your request, confirm availability and share prices
- To arrange delivery, setup, rental periods, collection and payment
- To provide support while you use our equipment
- To understand how visitors use the website and improve it
- To measure our advertising, for example how many people contact us after seeing an ad
- To meet legal and accounting requirements
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand website traffic. We may also use advertising tools such as Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our ads and show them to people who have visited the site.
These tools use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The website still works if you block cookies.
6. Who we share it with
- Our own team and delivery staff, to complete your order
- Service providers that run our website and communication, such as our hosting provider, Google (analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp)
- Authorities, when required by law
7. How long we keep it
We keep request and order details for as long as needed to provide the service, handle rentals and returns, and keep business records. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.
8. Your choices

9. Security
The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to customer details is limited to the people who need them. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.
