These terms apply when you use marriumsurgical.com or rent or buy medical equipment from Marrium Surgical Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. The specific price, rental period and conditions of your order are confirmed with you by our team before delivery.

  1. 1. Not medical advice

    Information on this website is general product information. It is not medical advice. Always follow the advice of your doctor or healthcare professional on whether equipment is suitable for a patient and how to use it, including settings such as oxygen flow or machine pressure.

  2. 2. Requests and orders

    • Sending a request through the website, WhatsApp or phone does not confirm an order. Our team reviews every request and confirms availability, price and timing with you.
    • An order is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you directly.
    • Prices are shared directly by our team and may change with the model, rental period and availability.

  3. 3. Product information and photos

    We try to keep product details accurate. Photos show the model or type of equipment and are for illustration; the exact unit supplied may differ in colour, accessories or appearance. Specifications are taken from manufacturers and may vary between versions. Ask our team if a particular detail matters to you.

  4. 4. Renting equipment

    • Rented equipment remains our property throughout the rental.
    • The rental period, any security deposit and payment terms are agreed with you before delivery.
    • Please use the equipment only for the patient it was rented for, follow the instructions given, and keep it clean, dry and safe.
    • Tell us straight away if equipment is not working properly. Do not open, repair or modify it yourself.
    • You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear while the equipment is with you.
    • Return the equipment at the end of the agreed period, or contact us to extend the rental.

  5. 5. Buying equipment

    • Ownership passes to you once full payment has been received.
    • Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we will tell you its terms at the time of sale.
    • Returns and exchanges are handled as agreed with our team at the time of sale. Some medical items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once used.

  6. 6. Delivery

    We deliver across Karachi. Delivery times depend on stock and location and are confirmed with you when you order. Please make sure someone is available to receive the equipment.

  7. 7. Our responsibility

    We supply equipment in working order and support you while you use it. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for loss or harm caused by misuse of the equipment, use against medical advice, or events outside our reasonable control, such as power cuts.

  8. 8. Using this website

    Please do not misuse the website, for example by sending false requests or trying to interfere with how it works. Website content, including text and our logo, belongs to us or is used with permission.

  9. 9. Privacy

    How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

  10. 10. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
